Killer Groove Vol 1, from writer Ollie Masters and Eoin Marron, is the story of a 1970s musician who uses becoming a hitman to inspire his songs.

Masters and Marron are joined on the book, which is published by AfterShock Comics, by colorist Jordie Bellaire and letterer Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou. The forthcoming trade paperback is due to hit stores on Jan. 15, and it will include Killer Groove #1 – #5.
