This thing's great, like it charges super quick, and you know, like lasts. The charge lasts a good while. I like it. I got the complete kit, and it comes with lots of stuff the manual wasn't super descriptive, but I found a video super easy that explained all the parts. Good stuff

Simply the best

POTV and PAX are the best. I started with the Atmos but didn't like the way it loaded. POTV helped me figure out what would work for me, and with their 14-day satisfaction policy, I was able to trade up. I went with the Mighty+ and loved it. But when I tried my friend's PAX, bada bing! It was the best. And POTVs gift card incentive allowed me to buy essential accessories like a funnel and odor caps. POTV is great 👍 👌

Did you know that PAX doesn’t honor their warranty? Purchased a Pax 3 in 2021 and as of just recently, it gets very hot but produces no vapor. I’ve taken great care of it, it’s never been misused or damaged. I exchanged several messages with Pax support, sent them several pictures of the device, and after jumping through all their hoops, they informed me they “could not provide warranty service because the LED lights aren’t showing any error codes”. Very frustrated customer! Actually already ordered a Pax Plus when the Pax 3 stopped hitting and my wife pointed out that the Pax 3 has a 10 year warranty. Really, if I had this interaction with that company before ordering the Pax Plus, I wouldn’t have ordered the Pax Plus at all.

My Pax 3 is no longer charging. I'm having trouble connecting with support through email. They seemed to be responding to someone else's problem, not what I emailed. I have all of my original order info/email. I'm wondering, is there any help I can get for my problem? Thank you for your time.

Hi Mike, Larry here. Let's see if we can get you up and running with your Pax. I'd like you to flip your Pax over and locate the two charging pins on the back. Using a thumbnail, press VERY firmly on each pin individually, then try connecting to the dock again. You may have to do this a few times. If it now registers that it's charging, leave it on the charger for 4.5 hours even if your vape indicates that it is fully charged before that time is up. You only need to do this extended charge once. Also, please know that it takes about 3 to 4 normal full charge cycles for the battery to stabilize and perform up to spec. It's also extremely important to use the USB cable that came with your vape. USB has several standards, and certain cables may not have the capacity to charge your Pax. Try charging your vape with a computer's USB port while no other peripherals are attached rather than using a phone brick.
