Great products at reasonable prices

You sell great products at reasonable prices. Using your Mighty and now your POTV One has made a certain customer of me. I’ve also bought a “filling funnel” for the Mighty and that makes a great vaporizer even more handy to use. Making the funnels was a great idea from a really good company.

POTV rocks!

I received a defective product and customer service was responsive, fast, and friendly. They replaced my Lobo with a new, working one and the best part of all is that my warranty replacement came on 4/20! Very satisfied with my overall experience and I will definitely return here to purchase more accessories in the future. P.S: shoutout to Jerry Stickstones!

Easy to navigate and great customer service.

Navigating the site is very simple. There are great descriptions of the products. They also give links to blogs which can assist in making the selection that's best for you.
I had a question about the product I purchased and Customer Support responded in under 24 hrs.

Feel taken advantage of

Just awful customer service, awful shipping experience, and they are "cheating" by manipulating reddit reviews to increase sales. Squeezing Canadian competition out is also concerning to me.

Their return policy seems fair.
Website navigation is good.
Selection of accessories and different models okay.

The package I received was poorly wrapped; the instruction manual was full of misprints, and the glass tube I ordered was broken - DOA. I still had to take the time to prove to them that I indeed received a broken item (and I was a repeat customer!) before getting a refund for a piece of a junk.

Prices are tough to beat.

I brought the POTV Lobo

I brought the POTV Lobo, it’s a beautiful dry herb vaporizer. I also the Davinic IQ2 and Mighty+. I don’t know what you’ll research but it should end with the POTV Lobo. Easier to use, easier to clean and the quality is great. My only problem is the cleaning brush the give you in the box. Great brush however the bristles shed badly even when only used dry.

Dosing capsules too small

POTV are your go to source!

This was actually my second purchase from POTV. So this review is basically a summary of my two purchases. Management and customer service are dedicated to you thoroughly enjoying their products and service. I ordered one black ONE vape and a teal version. To eat any throat discomfort I ordered the bubblers and really like the purple ones!!! Extra canisters I highly suggest to everyone and all of their accessories to be honest with ya. I would suggest to anyone looking for a solid vape that doesn’t break the bank to pick one of the many POTV models. Happy vaping friends!👍🏻

Your staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Your staff are friendly and knowledgeable and do all they can to help. I was having a problem with a PAX3 I purchased for my sister's birthday last year, (May 22 )
We were having to charge the unit every day and I wrote in to see what could be done. Solan and Larry were very helpful. Solan was very hospitable, while Larry really helped with the technical issue. Cheers all and thanks again.

I usually give 5 stars because the…

I usually give 5 stars because the overall experience is very good. But this time around the wait time was three times what it normally is. So, I know that it’s a 420 sale and things will be hectic, I think there’s room for improvement though. Now I know what I ordered was a new release and that might be the reason but there was nothing stating that it couldn’t be released when the order was received and that it was a pre-order. Other wise it came safely to my door and it works perfectly.

I've spent close to $2500 at POV and…

I've bought over $2500 at POV and my last purchase of the Tinymight 2 has been a waste of my money and time.

The first 2 didn't heat up & the replacement I received had the button sticking on it.
I was told I would have to go through the dealer for the issue...

I've canceled my account and trying to find somewhere else to purchase my merchandise.
I do have to add that Larry did help (a lot) with the first 2 tinymight 2 that didn't heat up at all.

Definitely recommend

Great product that came pretty quickly and packaged neatly. It’s super easy to load and smoke. The charging time is somewhat short, but it never takes long to charge. Only thing is I would definitely recommend buying more pods if you’re a heavy smoker like me.
