The vape itself works fine — it does what it’s supposed to do and gets the job done. My main issue is with the design and accessories. The capsule where the herb goes is really small compared to other vapes I’ve used, which makes it harder to load. On top of that, you have to put the herb into these tiny canisters first, then insert them into the vape, which just feels like extra work.

I also bought some accessories — an extra battery, more capsules, and a capsule holder. The holder broke the same day I got it, and because it broke, I lost all of the capsules inside. When I contacted customer service, they only replaced the holder but didn’t replace the capsules I lost, even though I explained the situation. Now I’m stuck with only two capsules, which means I’m constantly reloading — the exact problem I bought the extras to avoid.

Overall, the vape itself is solid, but the capsule system and the way customer service handled my issue really killed the experience for me. Because of that, I wouldn’t buy accessories from them again, and honestly, I’d probably look elsewhere next time for a vape. The only reason it’s not a lower rating is because the vape itself does perform well.

Everything is simple and a detailed explanation is given for each vape and accessories. I will continue to purchase from POTV

I originally gave a lower rating but the problem was dealt with appropriately pretty quickly. I still can't recommend the dosing capsule caddies, but the Lobo itself and the dosing capsules, as well as the bubbler, are great!
