Overall very esthetic with a good presentation but I find that it's hard to get a good clean hit without having to take a deep heat which can be a little uncomfortable for the lungs. I am new to dry herb so maybe its the mechanism itself as opposed to combustion but aside from that I love it. Also would love to know if the dosing capsules are just about as harmful as smoking out of something with aluminum because I do notice my throat gets scratchy when I use those.

I've learned not to judge companies by product defects - that's gonna happen even with the best of companies - but rather on their response and I can say that POTV handled this in a 5-star manner.
