Good Afternoon, I Know that POTV`s is a State of The Art Company with Great Customer Service BUT eg. This last Order of Mine was a NIGHTMARE !!! I was CHARGED TOO MUCH NOT HONORING THE LOBO DISCOUNT SALE,ALSO CHARGED "DOUBLE" FOR A FEW ACCESSORIES & I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CORRECT THIS & THEY FAILED TO DO SO !!! Still getting the hang of it

Overall very esthetic with a good presentation but I find that it's hard to get a good clean hit without having to take a deep heat which can be a little uncomfortable for the lungs. I am new to dry herb so maybe its the mechanism itself as opposed to combustion but aside from that I love it. Also would love to know if the dosing capsules are just about as harmful as smoking out of something with aluminum because I do notice my throat gets scratchy when I use those.

I was not offered any real solution…

I was not offered any real solution other than spending more money. I need a $10 part for the $450 vaporizer that I purchased from your company and no discount was offered on shipping for the part. I will be going through another company or a local shop that appreciates my business.

Actually at first I was very disappointed, my initial order never came, but after communicating with Addie everything turned around. She was kind and SUPER HELPFUL. My replacement package isn’t scheduled to arrive until Monday the 28th but I am confident in the customer service you offer and I’m patiently awaiting my order’s arrival.

Excellent warranty service!

I recently had an issue with my POTV Lobo so I reached out to POTV for help. Miguel guided me through various diagnostics in a warm and friendly manner and after concluding that the issue couldn't be resolved, he setup a warranty replacement that arrived shortly. I've learned not to judge companies by product defects - that's gonna happen even with the best of companies - but rather on their response and I can say that POTV handled this in a 5-star manner.
