My Lobo had been having battery performance issues for a couple of weeks. I was resigned to buying a new vaporizer when I thought to check whether the old one was still in warranty. So a year and a half into the two year warranty I contacted POTV with a list of the symptoms. They responded with a request for a serial number and a short video of the symptoms happening. Within a couple of days my replacement Lobo was on the way! Based on my experience POTV has fantastic customer service!

You refuse to acknowledge my package is…

You refuse to acknowledge my package is lost in the mail. Shipped on March 31 and not arrived by April 9. No updates from USPS. I’m extremely dissatisfied .

I purchased their custom made glass…

They have reached out. 4 stars for a difficult product to use. But at least they want to make it right.

I purchased their custom made glass adapter bundle for my pax plus. Totally doesnt fit at all lol. Terrible product. Also the 4 pods for it doesnt work either. They say to heat longer but all it does is waste goods. I wouldn't have left this review but they do not answer at support two days already. So only buy original items for these things. I will never even look at planet website. Its all scam lies.

AVOID!! Rip off!

AVOID!!
I purchased a $200 Pax Plus over a month ago, and still trying to get a working unit.
First…I paid for the faster shipping. Ripoff!! They held the shipment for a full WEEK after I purchased. Than mailed it.
The unit didn’t work. Then the real nightmare began.
They dragged their heels on exchanging, wanting me to trouble shoot for 3 week. Finally agreed to exchange.
Once I mailed it back to them, they told me it would be another WEEK to process return… but that I’ll have to pay more money to them.
What?!????
It’s been 5 weeks, I’m out $200 and still have NOTHING to show for it.

Rip off company!! Fraud! Alert!! Avoid!!

Miguel is usually perfect though I wish some offer could’ve been made to me there’s a design flaw I’ve complained about for a long time. I wasn’t aware of its design flaw reviews never stated this and I did not know I had 14 days to return item.

Fantastic customer service experience…

Excellent customer service

I was having issues placing an order and immediately contacted customer service. They were quick and helpful with their replies, making sure to give me different options that would resolve my issues. Everyone I corresponded with was super kind as well which was great. I’ll definitely be purchasing from this company in the future.

Good products and service but…

Good products , responsive service, decent prices. Shipping is prompt but delivery sucks. Not necessarily blaming POV, just a fact. I’ve expressed to change carriers as it only getting worse. Willing to pay a few more dollars for decent tracking and delivery. The PO is not your friend and will ruin your rep
