Depending on the style of jewelry you’re using, it may just be that all the movement and pulling could be irritating to it. It’s also possible that you are using a nose bone, in which case the small bulb at the end could be causing your discomfort because it is thicker than the post of the jewelry. You may wish to see a piercer for jewelry changes in the future or try a different style of jewelry. Jewelry changes can be irritating to healed piercings sometimes and a little discomfort is not unusual. If you notice things like bumps or tears, definitely consult a trusted piercer. Best of luck!
