I know alot of people freak out and leave a bad review, because sometimes it takes a while for the stuff you ordered to get to you…. It only bc italist sources out and finds these items at various smaller shops in Italy. They basically source out the deals. So it seems the shipping depends on the store it’s purchased from. I bought amazing, completely legit stuff including an Alexander McQueen bag, a Balenciaga sweater and a bunch of other things. I paid what I would have paid if I was in Italy including no vat (like you had that taken out at the airport through the tax free machine :). So long story short, I love this site. It’s legit.

I spent thousands of dollars on my order, and this app has completely failed me. Italist is unreliable, unreachable, and possibly a scam.1.Return process is broken. I tried to return an item, but the system kept giving me an error. When I tried to chat with an agent, it said they were offline and someone would follow up by email — NO ONE EVER DID. After multiple attempts and emails over several days, the return page now says “return requested,” but nothing was ever submitted properly. I never got a label, confirmation, or any real communication. This is completely unacceptable for a company handling luxury-level purchases.2.Item canceled by the seller, not me — no refund. One of the items in my order was canceled by Italist, yet I have not received a refund. I did not cancel this item. The cancellation came from them, and now they’re just sitting on my money with zero explanation or effort to resolve the issue.There is no phone number, no real-time chat support, and no one answers emails. For a platform that claims to sell high-end, luxury goods, this is absolutely disgraceful. Once they take your money, you’re on your own.BUYERS BEWARE: This app looks polished, but behind the scenes it’s a mess. No support, no accountability, and no basic functionality. Save yourself the stress — do not shop here. I’m pursuing a chargeback and filing complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies.

So how can I shop, let me count the ways. Although you may have to wait slightly longer for your merchandise to come in state side, it is totally worth it. The brands are unquestionably top in the fashion industry. Not to mention the price for these item which are…let say less than other site my neighbor Mr Porter agreed. Added to the exceptional customer care and packaging. I will recommend this site to anyone looking for quality, cost and amazing customer service

Italist is an incredible site with extensive inventory and excellent discount that even extend to current season designer items. Often I shop and purchase items in the designer stores and then look on the Italist site and see them at a discounted price. Take my advice, check Italist BEFORE you buy in the store so you get the same item at an excellent price!

This app is a massive improvement over the website when shopping from my phone! Everything loads very quickly, search is fast, and it’s easy to find the newest products available from the few brands I like

When was placing and order the App would shows this message “please try later”. After rechecking for few days contacted the customer service and was told to use a desktop which worked. When I used my desktop computer the final price had to additional charge 1- local state tax and 2- duty fee tax. It is wired for a us base company( base on what they told me) sending their produce form US to charge duty fee tax. Not having a transplant pricing policy and a none functional app is not a real customer stimulating experience.

I was hesitant at first because some reviews were negative. I took a risk and glad I did. I received a notification throughout the process. I had ordered a pair of Dolce & Gabbana jeans. When I received them, saw that they were legit and happy that I found these jeans at a really good price.
