4 time retuning customer
Not only was this the 4th purchase from POTV, but it was my 4th time to buy a Solo 2. After having used one for the first time, I have not been interested in using anything else. They are just a delight to use. This one was purchased as a back-up. I always keep a spare and use the older one until it acts up. Then I switch to the newer one. I started doing that after my first one went out on me years ago. I had to use something else, and swore to never be without a spare again. They are just the best. And as much as I like the Solo 2, I like POTV even better. They have never failed if I had an issue, or even just a question. So, if I ever do decide to try another unit, it will still be through POTV.

Bought for my mother, she enjoys it a lot. Easy to use. shipping was also quick. Before buying was talking to the support they were able answer all my questions, gave great suggestions on what would be the best for her. Very fast response from them very helpful never had another place that was so quick to help. Also seeing how quick the respond to low rating and try to fix their issues. Feels like we are in good hands and would take care of you if you have any problems.
