Shipping and Delivery

At Billini, our team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely, and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided;

+ Payment has been approved and received

Please note, orders may be subjected to security checks from time to time; please note should this occur, your order will not be dispatched until these checks have been completed.

PRE-ORDERS
Styles listed as PRE-ORDER carry an estimated time frame for dispatch. These time frames are not exact and are subject to change at any time; please use as a guide only. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch once the PRE-ORDER item(s) are in stock. You will receive an email and tracking information once your item(s) are dispatched. PRE-ORDERS may ship earlier than the estimated dispatch date listed, and will be shipped seperately to other item(s) that are in stock in your order. Returns & exchanges are valid on PRE-ORDERS from date of dispatch, not order date.

All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post within 48 hours of ordering. Orders can be delivered to a PO Box, business or residential address. If you are not home, your order will be left in a safe place on the property.
Please note, the express shipping fee of $9.95 is non-refundable with refunds or exchanges.

DELIVERY TIMES
+ Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
+ Express shipping & next day delivery; if you are located within the National Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days
+ Customers outside this network or in regional areas may need to wait 2-4 business days for items to be delivered
+ Delivery times do not include dispatch times
+ Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipping the following business day. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday during these times
+ Please note if you are placing your order with Afterpay or Paypal E-Cheque - your order will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared
+ Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout after 5pm AEST.

All international orders are sent with Australia Post E-Parcel within 48 business hous of ordering. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout after 5pm AEST.
Please note, we cannot send international orders to PO Box addresses.

CUSTOMS/TAX & CURRENCY
Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs an sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed with rest with the customer. All purchased deliveries within Australia include 10% GST and are exempt from further taxes and custom duties.

All international purchases are exempt from Austalian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate, in addition to a small currency conversion rate charged by most banks. The final charge made to your card is made in AUD and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.

The comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.
