UK and Channel Islands Information

Standard Shipping

We aim to process orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48® or DPD. In-stock items ordered on a Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 2-5 working days.

  • Free for UK Mainland orders over £40
  • £3.50 for UK Mainland orders under £40
  • £3.50 for Channel Island orders

Courier Upgrade
Our pioneering Courier Upgrade service allows you the benefits of faster delivery at a lower cost. This does not change the processing time of orders, and we aim to process orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • £2.40 for UK Mainland orders over £40
  • £5.50 for UK Mainland orders under £40

Priority Delivery
Picked, packed and dispatched on the same day, our Priority Delivery service offers Next Working Day delivery for UK Mainland addresses*. Please place your order by 12pm to take advantage of this service. Orders placed after this, or during the weekend/Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

  • £4.80 for UK Mainland orders over £40
  • £7.90 for UK Mainland orders under £40

*For non-UK Mainland addresses, including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands, goods will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (a 2-5 working days service). Larger items shipped via a courier service may incur a cost.

Courier Upgrade and Priority Delivery options are not available for items shipped directly from supplier to customer. Please note that we may not advertise a processing and delivery timeframe for these items. 

Standard delivery times are an approximation and should not be relied upon if a parcel is required for a close specific date or urgently. Please use an upgraded service if this is the case. Large orders may be shipped with another service. 

Royal Mail parcels will not be considered as lost until 10 working days have passed after dispatch.

For couriers such as DPD, if you suspect a missing delivery, this must be reported to us with 14 days (at the very latest) of the delivery date on your tracking.

Collection
Local to Coventry? Good news! You can skip waiting for the delivery of your order and collect it in person from our warehouse for free. Orders are typically ready to collect within 24 hours of the order being placed, excluding weekends. Our opening hour are Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm. 

Delivery and Dispatch Process

What is the delivery and dispatch process?
  • Goods are usually dispatched direct from our own warehouse. The processing time on orders is typically within 2 working days (Monday - Friday).
  • Orders will be shipped on a tracked shipping service via Royal Mail or DPD.
  • Dispatch notifications with tracking details are sent prior to dispatch and, when dispatched with DPD, on route so you know exactly when to expect your order.
  • Priority services must be ordered by 12pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. 
  • Items delivered directly from suppliers are not included in standard terms.
Why do some products have different stock statuses?

Unless stated on the product page, items for sale on our website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. In the event of stock errors, we will endeavour to contact you before your order is dispatched.

Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Stock status is shown underneath each product on the product page, and the expected delivery date or timeframe will be displayed in your cart.

  • In Stock - The item is in our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately.
  • Pre-Order - This is typically either a brand new product launch or we are offering a product that will be arriving soon. The expected delivery date or timeframe will be displayed in your cart.
  • Delivered Direct or Dropship/Shipped Separately - The items are shipped directly from the respective supplier to you.

Worldwide Information

  • Please note that all deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to tax and duty upon receipt in the delivery country. We do not currently offer any pre-paid duty or tax.
  • If you wish to make an order to ship outside of the United Kingdom, shipping costs vary according to order (please see below for more information).
  • We offer flat rates at the checkout that vary according to the estimated weight of your order. This may not be accurate and we will contact you if there is an extra charge. 
  • Please allow a little extra time for the processing of international orders. 
  • If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Yes Bebe advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow up delivery information with their local partner courier or delivery service after it is handed over after Yes Bébé dispatches overseas orders. Your tracking details can be found on your dispatch notification email. 
  • Some delivery services may not provide in-transit tracking updates and tracking may not update until a delivery has been attempted. 
  • Please note that during busy times, including the festive season, international orders may be shipped once a week. 

International Shipping Cost Information 

  • All international packages weighing over 1kg must have their shipping cost manually calculated by their volumetric weight by our warehouse team.
  • The final packaged size will be an important factor and not just the weight. For large orders especially, this may be significantly higher than that estimated at the checkout.
  • Unfortunately, once the shipping has been calculated by the warehouse team, we cannot make changes to the order and if the shipping cost quoted by our Customer Care Team is not appropriate, we will refund your order. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • We aim to be able to be in a position to offer more flexibility in the near future.

Channel Islands: Flat rates from £2.99. Additional charges from £10 will apply to large parcels. 

Ireland: Flat rates from £15 for parcels under 2kg, from £20 for over 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels from £40.

EU countries: Flat rates from £10 for parcels under 2kg, from £15 for over 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels from £35.

Europe non-EU: TBC

USA: Flat rates from £15 for parcels under 1kg, from £25 for under 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels from £30. 

Asia: Flat rates from £15 for parcels under 1kg, from £25 for under 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels vary. 

Australia and New Zealand: Flat rates from £15 for parcels under 1kg, from £25 for under 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels vary.

Returns

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Yes Bebe.

  • The products must be in their original packaging*, and both the products and their packaging must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Firstly, please notify us via email or our dedicated Return Portal of your intent to return. This must be done within 14 days of receipt.
  • We encourage you to package your return appropriately as we will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Please also include your order reference and/or RMA inside the package. 
  • Finally, please post your return to arrive with us within 14 days of your intent to return. The customer is liable to cover the cost of the return, and the postal address is as follows:

After we receive your return, this will be logged by our warehouse team before being processed by our Customer Care Team. Please allow up to 14 working days from our receipt of your return for refunds and exchanges to be actioned. 

If you submitted your return via the Return Portal, you will receive a confirmation via email while your return is being processed and refunded, but we do not issue an email upon receipt of your return. 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is imperative that you to send your email with intent to return to customer@yesbebe.co.uk before the 14 day cancellation period has expired. If returns are made out of the return period, we reserve the right to refuse the return of your products and we will arrange for them to be returned to you at your expense.

Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address, parcel refusal, non-collection or failure to arrange a re-delivery will be considered a return and subjected to return postage charges. 

*Original packaging does not refer to the outer carton used to package your order in.
