SHIPPING POLICY

Congratulations! You’ve placed your order with Alpha Lion. What’s next? (Besides the celebratory dance…)

PROCESSING TIMES:

Our Alpha Fulfillment Team prepares every order with care. Most orders ship from our location quickly. Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will ship within 24 hours. Dang that’s fast! 

If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. If your order is placed during a US public holiday, it will ship the next business day. 

Orders placed during large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays may require additional processing time — which can be up to 2-3 additional business days. Rest assured: we always strive to get you your gains as fast as possible.

If you notice an error on a recently submitted order, please contact Customer Service immediately. We’ll help you get it fixed! You can make changes to your order 2 hours after you place it. No order changes are accepted after this period of time. 

Important: From October 1st to January 31st, couriers cannot guarantee shipping times and ETAs provided at checkout should only be considered a guide.

We offer a bunch of convenient shipping options. Shipping availability, rates, and speeds may vary based on location. Please select at checkout whichever option is most convenient for your needs.

National orders

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100. And Free Priority Shipping on all US orders over $150**.

Gift Cards, being non-shippable items, are excluded from the total purchase value when calculating the Free Shipping threshold.

International 

International Superhumans need gains too! As we have partnered with Open Border, Duties Taxes, and Import fees are calculated at checkout. These fees vary by destination, so for more information check your local laws.

International shipping is categorized into 3 different areas, and different rates/ conditions apply based on area: 

Please note: The estimated transit timelines above show the approximate number of business days it will take for your package to move from our warehouse to you. The timeline for your chosen shipping option begins the day we ship your package, not the day we receive your order. 

Remember, it can take up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment (see Processing Times above). To calculate your approximate delivery date, add 1-5 business days (processing time) to the number of business days listed for your chosen shipping option (transit time).

ALPHA LION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES.

We wish we could, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of factors beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, killer bees, supply chain shortages, and other challenges may result in unanticipated delays. We will not be held liable nor offer reimbursement for these types of delays.

ORDER TRACKING:

As soon as we process your order in our Alpha warehouse, we generate a tracking number (followed by a set of curls). You will be sent your tracking number via email with your shipping confirmation.

Please keep in mind: there will be a delay up to 2 business days between generation of tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

We have partnered with Navidium —a package protection and tracking solution — to help improve your experience and easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. 

By selecting Navidium shipping protection at checkout, your package is 100% secured in the case of it getting lost, damaged, or stolen. Fun fact: 90% of customers choose this option!

Q:​ What if my order never arrives, is damaged, or is stolen? 

A: That would be devastating! ​To protect your order against loss or theft, add Navidium package protection at checkout. When you add Navidium, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval. Upon approval, we will proceed with either a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

Q: ​How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged order?

A: It’s easy! ​If you secured your order with Navidium at checkout, email info@alphalion.com to file the claim.

RETURNED ORDERS

If the courier cannot complete delivery due to address typos, service disruptions, or other issues, they will return the order to us. Please notify us at info@alphalion.com immediately if this is the case. Once we receive your message, we will arrange a resolution.

RETURN POLICY

Here at Alpha Lion we stand behind the unparalleled quality of our products. That’s why we make our returns policy as hassle-free as possible.

If you need to make a return, please email us at info@alphalion.com. Include your order number and a description of why you want to return your products.

If the reason is due to receiving a faulty product (highly unlikely but not impossible), please include a high-quality picture of the fault so we can take it back to quality control and continue to improve.

We believe in the principle of “kaizen” or “continuous self-improvement.”

APPAREL

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and in good condition, with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging within 60 days of receiving the order.

(But we have a feeling that once you put it on, you’ll never want to take it off.)

SUPPLEMENTS

We will exchange or refund your product if it follows these conditions: 

• Supplements were purchased directly through www.alphalion.com.
• It was not a final sale item. Sales are final on any promotional items sold on alphalion.com
• It is not a digital program. We do not provide refunds for any digital products unless stated on the product’s sales page.
• It's not a limited edition. Limited Editions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All items must be returned to the following address at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty. Please ensure you fill out this Return Sheet and include it inside the parcel. This will allow us to process your return faster! Returns should be addressed to:

Once received, we will verify your return and if approved, all reimbursements will be made to the original payment method minus shipping costs. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
