This was actually my second purchase from POTV. So this review is basically a summary of my two purchases. Management and customer service are dedicated to you thoroughly enjoying their products and service. I ordered one black ONE vape and a teal version. To eat any throat discomfort I ordered the bubblers and really like the purple ones!!! Extra canisters I highly suggest to everyone and all of their accessories to be honest with ya. I would suggest to anyone looking for a solid vape that doesn’t break the bank to pick one of the many POTV models. Happy vaping friends!👍🏻

This is my fourth POV One. Obviously I like them, but the latest version has improved upon the previous versions. The oven cover is now magnetic which makes for easy, reliable loading.
When I ordered my Arizer, POTV prompted me to add one of their grinders to my order for a reduced price, so I said yes. When I saw my updated order confirmation I thought POTV had tacked an additional shipping charge on. I was mistaken. After Miguel reached out to me I took a closer look at my order and realized I had misread and POTV did not charge me for shipping. Thanks Miguel and POTV!

The product was as advertised. It was well packed, and arrived as promised, I was impressed with the literature that came with it. I’m enjoying it, I even enjoy cleaning it. I loved the free canister too! It works well too 😊.
Item was priced lower than other retailers. Product was shipped as advertised and arrived in the time frame specified. Unit is authentic product unlike similar products available that one cannot register for warranty as they are knock-offs. Be wary of super-low advertised prices and be sure you are buying authentic merchandise, Exactly what you will get with an order from Planet of the Vapes. Authentic merchandise at a very good price. Top notch products. Took advantage of the 4/20 deals and got a volcano and a POV 1. If your debating on portable vapes go POV and be happy. My emails were returned very fast within hours. Only if all buisness could run like POV.
The lobo is my first vape of any kind and so far I love it. This was money well spent. I have only been using it for three weeks but if it holds up which I believe it will it’s a game changer. As far as the quality it feels very well built and sturdy. It heats up very quick and delivers on the clouds of vape at 390 couldn’t ask for more.
I purchased the Solo II Arizer and the unit I received was no good. The battery was good but the display never worked and after contacting the customer service I was approved for a replacement and had to ship it back. I received the replacement and it works as it should so I’m satisfied with the product. It was just a bit of a hassle. I’m sure the products are tested before being packaged so I would be interested to know why it didn’t work.. possibly associate error during production.
The Pax Mini did not work , all attemps to contact Planet of the Vapes and i got no reply, i will now try to return it. I took it to a friend that works at a weed store and he could not get it to work , please contact me at 850-420-0463 so can get this taken care of
