Excellent price. Authentic product.

Item was priced lower than other retailers. Product was shipped as advertised and arrived in the time frame specified. Unit is authentic product unlike similar products available that one cannot register for warranty as they are knock-offs. Be wary of super-low advertised prices and be sure you are buying authentic merchandise, Exactly what you will get with an order from Planet of the Vapes. Authentic merchandise at a very good price. Thank you.

Excellent customer support & product

Best value for ALL your needs!! Love POV❤️

The POV products that we’ve purchased have been excellent!! We’ve been extremely happy with our POV One’s. We’ve bought 3 total. We’ve also purchased the Volcano Hybrid and we LOVE it and have convinced several of our friends to purchase it as well!! We’ve gotten excellent deals on everything we’ve bought too. Poor Customer Service

What was asking where my package was because it was almost 2 weeks late and sitting in Philadelphia the entire time… All I received were emails saying… Thank you for your patience. It’s on its way… over and over and now I get at least two emails a day from them. All I was trying to do was get an estimate time for delivery and all I got was… thank you for being patient… it’s on its way… 😵‍💫

The Volcano is amazing though… great product… just handled poorly. Will not be ordering again 🤘😃👍

They always have the accessories I need for my volcano, always prompt delivery and prices are great. I could shop in Calgary where I live but planet of vapes has way better prices.

I made a purchase on a website with delivery from the USA to Europe. There were some minor difficulties with the delivery itself because I made a mistake in the address, but the customer support resolved everything very quickly. I received my order and I'm very satisfied with it. Excellent company, excellent product, thank you very much!

Terrible service

I ordered in early April and have had 2 issues with my POTV Lobo and the dosing capsules. I reached out twice via email and it has been over 10 days with zero response.

I understand it is April, but the inability of POTV to respond to concerns implies either malice toward customers, ineptitude, or complete indifference.

None of which are a good look.

Highly recommend POTV!

I can’t say enough good things about POTV! I bought a Lobo (well, 2!). Love it! I needed to contact customer support several times as I got comfortable with my new device, and just with being a first time vaper. Each time I was responded to quickly and the reps were so friendly and supportive. I highly recommend POTV!

POTV Lobo

I’ve had a good experience with my POTV Lobo so far. When I was buying, the essentials kit was sold out of the Lobo keychain caddy so I just bought that now that it’s back in stock, just wish it would’ve come with some dosing capsules. I had a couple of the capsule lid inserts pop out on a few of mine when I was closing them so be careful and only push on the edges. It was hard to get it seated properly again so those may just get trashed unfortunately. The dosing capsules make it easy and keeps the device clean so they are nice to have but the cost is a bit steep for the capsules by themselves. Overall it’s a cool device and works well. It’s my first vaporizer but I’m happy with it. I haven’t tried it with the wax dosing pads yet but excited to try that next. Smoke can get a little warm after multiple uses but when using it in a water piece with the adapter there’s no heat and you can take big hits. Overall I think it’s a great vaporizer and I’m glad I opted for the lobo instead of the one. Having the removable battery so you can always have a spare on hand is great!
