Liked the first one so much that I bought a second one for the wife. Highly recommended product. Do yourself a favor and buy at least one extra set(4) of dosing capsules, so convenient and keeps your vape clean.

Excellent dry herb vaporizer

This is my first dry herb vaporizer and it’s wonderful. It’s easy to use and has made vaping so much better I have recommended POV to several people. So far after 3 months I am very happy with the product!

How many stars would I give Planet of…

How many stars would I give Planet of the Vapes? Um, is 5 all you have? It should be like 100 stars. Their products are BEYOND the ordinary pale. They also promptly have support, like when I have had questions, they always get back with me, and give me advice, and even point me to videos and PDF guides, etc.
They are definitely worth doing business with, and if you don't have a DHV yet, you NEED to get one.
Using disposables and carts makes me cough and I can tell my lungs aren't big fans. With a DHV (like my V3 Pro) and some THCa flower / bud, it's just vapor, and all the medicine going in me, instead of going up in smoke.

Let's just say this vaporizer is probably the best purchase I have made in awhile. Love the fact that it doesn't take much to get you where you need to be and shipping was fast!

Received on time

Received on time. However, I was missing a top to 1 of the dosing capsules. The capsule tube had opened and capsules were in bottom of shipping bag. I tripled checked the bag, but the top was not present. Not a deal breaker and did not contact company. No other issues, happily turning herb into vape.

The reason for four and not five stars…

The reason for four and not five stars is the absence of a live chat room with a readily available person and inability to call directly so concerns can be addressed immediately. The service I did receive was very good, always courteous, always helpful and very fair with store policies which are good for customer retention. I hope a live chat room will open up at some point.

I ordered from them one week ago

I ordered from them one week ago. I still do not have my vape. I am now getting estimates of my delivery of a week from now making the entire process about two weeks to get something from a company that is less than 500 miles away from me. I place a lot of the blame on USPS but I expect something to be done. this problem is on the seller until I receive my items. Its not my fault USPS is incompetent, if not receiving your order is part of free shipping than warning-don't use free shipping...then you can pay like $15 more and actually receive your items.

POTV rocks!

I received a defective product and customer service was responsive, fast, and friendly. They replaced my Lobo with a new, working one and the best part of all is that my warranty replacement came on 4/20! Very satisfied with my overall experience and I will definitely return here to purchase more accessories in the future. P.S: shoutout to Jerry Stickstones!

Poor response to issue

I tried to order some dosing caps for the Xmax I got from you. There apparently was a redesign or something as they didn’t match the one that came with it and the extra single I ordered. I wasn’t happy with them and wanted to return them. I spent several days sending six or so emails in response to customer service. This order was the result of finally getting offered a store credit. So I spent it on things I didn’t really need so I wouldn’t have to order from here again. I can see this company probably not having a ton of issues but I don’t know. My experience wasn’t great and it was over something trivial.

Navigating the site is very simple. There are great descriptions of the products. They also give links to blogs which can assist in making the selection that's best for you.
I had a question about the product I purchased and Customer Support responded in under 24 hrs.

Great products at reasonable prices

You sell great products at reasonable prices. Using your Mighty and now your POTV One has made a certain customer of me. I’ve also bought a “filling funnel” for the Mighty and that makes a great vaporizer even more handy to use. Making the funnels was a great idea from a really good company.

Your staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Your staff are friendly and knowledgeable and do all they can to help. I was having a problem with a PAX3 I purchased for my sister's birthday last year, (May 22 )
We were having to charge the unit every day and I wrote in to see what could be done. Solan and Larry were very helpful. Solan was very hospitable, while Larry really helped with the technical issue. Cheers all and thanks again.

POTV are your go to source!

This was actually my second purchase from POTV. So this review is basically a summary of my two purchases. Management and customer service are dedicated to you thoroughly enjoying their products and service. I ordered one black ONE vape and a teal version. To eat any throat discomfort I ordered the bubblers and really like the purple ones!!! Extra canisters I highly suggest to everyone and all of their accessories to be honest with ya. I would suggest to anyone looking for a solid vape that doesn’t break the bank to pick one of the many POTV models. Happy vaping friends!👍🏻
