Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I ordered an aviator nation sweatshirt for my granddaughter. It was all she wanted. It never shipped and the only way you can contact customer service is through e mail which I have tried 4 times with no response. The only recourse I have now is to dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from Blue and Cream!

Order not sent, but payment taken

Order placed and payment taken over 3 weeks ago. Confirmation email sent, but no shipping. Emailed and automatic response only. No information received. Concerned as over $600 USD.

Where is my confirmation or order?

Placed my order on 12/20, reached out to them on multiple platforms because I didn't receive any confirmatiion emails and I GOT CHARGED!!! 4 days have already passed and I haven't received any responses or shipping information. DONT BUY HERE!! I don't recommend this to anyone they will steal from you.

Disappointing! Credit card charged but item still have not been sent!

I placed an order on dec 1st…. And almost 3 weeks later my order still says pending but my credit card was charged. I sent 3 email messages inquiring about my order and nothing….I’m about to call my credit card to cancel order. I honestly cannot believe this type of shady customer service happens in 2021.

Company is basically scamming online…

Company is basically scamming online customers by hiding their ridiculously stingy return policy in a tiny link at the bottom of the page in violation of consumer protection laws, enabling them to refuse to refund people's money.

rude worker

Went in to look around and the lady with the dark long hair was not pleasant and was very rude. There’s a certain way to say things, and she completely talked down to me and my friend. The other workers were very nice, but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

Where is my order!

Placed my order on 11/20, reached out to them on multiple platforms (emails - no response, instagram - responded but no help was provided). On 12/2, I was told it will be shipped out the following week. 2 weeks been passed and still no shipping info. They kept saying it’s due to black friday and cyber monday sales. I ordered the item prior to the sales!!! Really poorly run company and will not recommend to anyone.

Slow customer service.

I ordered some shorts from this website and was sent an item that was not what I ordered.
I have tried to contact them for return instructions and received an acknowledgment of my complaint that said someone will contact me shortly,
I have not been contacted 10 days later.

Don't do business with these people.

Placed order, and received confirmation 12/5, but have heard nothing since. When checking order status on their website it shows as pending. Have emailed twice with no response. When I call the posted phone #, it goes straight to a message that basically states they aren't answering and the best way to contact is by email. Clearly, they aren't going to get my item to me by Christmas and they won't respond. I want my money back.

Good Experience

I'm surprised about all these negative reviews. I bought a NSF hoodie on their website and I didn't entirely love it. One of their stylists reached out and helped arrange an exchange for a Cotton Citizen Tie Dye hoodie. I couldn't be more happy. I'll be shopping agian, i saw that they have Harden cashmere sweaters and you can't find that brand anywhere!

It’s been several weeks since I’ve made my order and I’ve sent multiple emails, but zero response. Y’all are so quick to take my money, but in no hurry to ship my purchase. It’s clear y’all have a huge issue with shipment. I’m extremely disappointed in this company!

Give it a chance! My order was perfect

I recently placed an order with Blue and Cream. I was skeptical at first after reading others reviews. But I must say I am impressed with how quickly my order arrived. I ordered a pair of Re/Done Jeans with the Black Friday discount and an Aviator Nation set. Everything came in perfect condition and fit like a glove. Will definitely be ordering from Blue and Cream to do some holiday gifting. Will be recommending to friends and family as well!

AWFUL experience

This was a pretty bad experience. I placed an order and was not pleased with the product, so I tried to reach out to the customer service department (they don't have one). I was on "hold" for HOURS. I didn't have hours to waste on the phone so I sent several emails. I have yet to hear back from them. I don't know who runs this and what type of education/training they received in running a respectable business, but I'd suggest they get a refresher.

Buyer beware!

Ordered a dress that was on sale but still almost 400.00. Was too small on me and when I tried to return was told that sale items were final when that was not listed on then item or in my order receipt. Had to search in the FAQ’s to find. Very misleading. Sent and email and left a voicemail for customer service and no response. Very disappointed.

Best stuff!!!!!!!

I don’t care what anyone else says from their reviews, this store has been my go to for ALL of my staple+statement pieces (they carry Sunday St Tropez!!!), basic pieces (ie redone tees) AND gifts. Their buy is unlike any other boutique whether I’m shopping online or in store. I’ve called and spoken / worked with staff in store and emailed online customer service and have never had an issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here

I give it four stars because the shipping time. I didn't think that it takes that long to receive my order to be honest, considering that I didn't order my dress from overseas but it took weeks for them. Everything else was great. Still thanks tho.

Found this amazing Stone Island jacket…

Found this amazing Stone Island jacket (ON SALE! when does that ever happen?) and pulled trigger immediately, very glad I did. Order arrived promptly and it looked even better in person.
Overall I was very impressed by their selection, discounts, and service... I was a little unsure because of some older negative reviews, but my experience was 100% positive. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, great people, even better products! The staff are knowledgeable of the unique brands and products and can help you find something that fits any occasion or event. I love their online store as it has even more styles than in store and their shipping is fast and effortless! Misleading Sale

I ordered two items on black Friday. I applied the black friday promo code and when I received the items, one was not the size I ordered and the other one was just too large. I scanned the QR code provided with my purchase to start an exchange and it says both my items are Final Sale. No where did it say that when I purchased the items or else I never would have ordered. I have contacted customer service twice online (because their phone lines are down) and have not received a response. I will never order from here again... prefer Shopbop!
