A look inside ‘The Glucose Goddess Method’

Peek inside Jessie Inchauspé’s new book and get a sense of what you can expect from this full-fledged guide to getting off the glucose rollercoaster once and for all.

In March 2022, Jessie Inchauspé published her first book, Glucose Revolution

Introducing readers to glucose, how it works in our bodies, and how we can all take charge of our glucose levels, Jessie inspired people around the world to make positive changes. And while the book quickly gained a devoted following – as did her Instagram account, @Glucosegoddess – it’s safe to say that readers wanted more.

Well, fear not. More is coming!

In an Instagram video, Jessie introduced her new, The Glucose Goddess Method

Ever since my first book Glucose Revolution came out last year, I have been getting a question over, over and over again from all of you. The question was, can you help me actually do the hacks? You had understood the science, recognised the signs of glucose spikes in your own life, but you wanted a plan to get started. You wanted a guide, recipes, advice, inspiration and encouragement. You wanted a companion. Well, I created just that for you. I am so excited to introduce my new book, The Glucose Goddess Method out in May, which is the answer to that question.

Keep scrolling to sneak a peek inside the book.
