Small:
Pierce the plastic film several times.
DEFROSTED: Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
FROZEN: Microwave for 5 minutes. Stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
Alternatively, defrost and empty into a saucepan and reheat gently, stirring regularly until piping hot. The mash may separate and look lumpy and watery for a time but after heating and stirring it will come together again.
Frozen product. Reheat from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.

To make our mash, we boil desiree potatoes till tender, then we simply puree them through a food mill and whip with butter and milk till velvety smooth.
