Shipping policy

All orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). 

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If an order is shipped on Friday, the carrier may not process the order until the following Monday (we are not liable is this occurs). We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day: Monday, Jan. 2 (observed)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 16
  • Presidents' Day: Monday, Feb. 20
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 29
  • Juneteenth National Independence Day: Monday, June 19
  • Independence Day: Tuesday, July 4
  • Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 4
  • Columbus Day: Monday, Oct. 9
  • Veterans Day: Saturday, Nov. 11
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 23
  • Christmas: Monday, Dec. 25

We are not liable for USPS and UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS 1.800.ASK.USPS FREE) or UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS 1-800-PICK-UPS FREE).

We do not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

Any priority order that exceeds 5 molds is likely to encounter a delay in production beyond our stated lead times. If your order exceeds 5 molds, please reach out to our Customer Service Department.


International Order Disclaimer

All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties, and customs. We are not responsible for Delivery Duty Paid fees (DDP), VAT fees, or processing fees as they are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery.

International shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, even longer for some slow-to-ship countries. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.



Returned to Sender

We will reship your order upon receiving confirmation that the shipping address is correct and/or we are provided with an alternate address to avoid further delays. If no response is received when confirmation is requested, we will hold your order in the studio for 2 months. 


If the tracking information states no movement for 1 week once it has been labeled Returned to Sender, please reach out to our Customer Service Department for further assistance.


Delivery Issues

Orders can be Marked as Delivered before they actually arrive. Be sure to check with neighbors, in mail rooms, garages, front/back/side door, security guards, and around where you may receive mail. Kindly wait ONE WEEK before reaching out to our Customer Service Department. 


For orders that are marked as Delayed in Transit, or have not been updated in some time, we ask that you remain patient. These situations are out of our control, and usually resolve themselves. If your order has been stuck in transit for 1 week or more, you may reach out to us for a resolution.
