Refund policy

Natural Form's product trial and return policy varies by product.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You will be refunded the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@naturalform.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Terms, Conditions & Exclusions

1.   Mattresses Require 30 day Minimum Trial Period: Your mattresses trial begin on the day you receive the item.  Please understand that it will take some time to adjust to your new mattress.  Some people enjoy it right away and some people take some time to adjust.  

2.   Products Must Be In Suitable Condition for Donation with Law Tags Attached: Mattresses, foundations and bedding must be in a condition to be eligible for return (no stains, tears, excessive odors, or soiling).  The Law Tags must be attached to the mattress or foundation in its original, unaltered state.

3.   Improper Mattress Usage will Void the Trial: Mattresses must be used on a foundation or bed frame with proper structural support.  A proper bed frame for our mattresses require five to six legs for Queen, King and Cal King mattresses and four legs on Twin, Twin XL and Full mattresses.  All frames should have no more than 5 inches between each slat.  Boxsprings, which can sag overtime will also void any type of mattress trial.  

4.   Free Items are Not Eligible for Returns:   Items that were not paid for, such as pillows, sheets etc.. are not eligible for a sleep trial or returns.

5.   Cancelled Orders Subject to 20% Fee:  all orders that have been cancelled after they shipped, returned to sender by customer or before the minimum 30 day trials are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

6.   Financing Fees are Non-Refundable

7.   White Glove Delivery & Setup are Non-Refundable

8.   Shipping surcharges for Alaska and Hawaii are Non-Refundable 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like adjustable bed frames, and any type of bedding.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
