Hi there! 
If you are reaching out in regards to a delayed order--we sincerely apologize for the delay! We are finishing our first big warehouse move and have run into several unexpected hiccups that completely changed our timeline. We ABSOLUTELY should have communicated this, and we again apologize wholeheartedly! 
THE GOOD NEWS:
We are finally up and shipping! All orders are being shipped by the end of the week of April 22nd, but we are aiming for sooner (as we are working around the clock). 
Refunds, Exchanges, & Warranties

We make returns, exchanges, and warranties simple! Refunds are only available within 30 days of the initial purchase, and exchanges are available within 60 days. Your One-Time Anytime warranty starts at 61 days after purchase. Customized items are non-refundable, but are eligible for an exchange / a warranty.

Customized items (Anything with a pattern, engraving, or dog tags are not able to be recreated until May as we are updating our laser equipment for even clearer results--so please do not submit your exchange or warranty unless you want a BLANK item as your one time replacement).

1. Retail or Other Online Store

We have many retail stores across the United States and Canada that carry our products! 

We cannot process any refunds for items that were not purchased directly from QALO.com. See your retail location for more information on returns. 

If you need a warranty for an eligible QALO item, and the retail location is unable to assist, we would be happy to help! Please reach out to us Here. We will need:

  • A picture of the ring showing the QALO Emblem

  • Your shipping address

  • The style and size you need

Additional emails will not result in faster response time (as it actually puts your email to the back of the line). 

We’ll  need the following info sent to [email protected] to send you a replacement:

-Full name, Shipping address, Screenshot of the Amazon order confirmation, and Size needed.

3. International

To make an international exchange or return order please contact us Here with your:

  • Original order number (Starts with #9…)

  • Shipping address

  • What you would like for your exchange.

Please note: Size and Style Exchanges are within 60 days of the delivery of your order and Refunds are within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

4. It was a Gift

We offer free exchanges on all eligible QALO products and a One Time, Any Time warranty on all QALO rings and Dog ID tags. 

If you have the order number and zip code you can quickly start your exchange or warranty request Here. If customized, be sure to add the customization, or you will receive a blank item.

If you do not have access to either the order number or zip code please contact us Here.

We will need 

  • A picture of your product showing the QALO emblem

  • Your shipping address

  • The style and size you need

  • The first and last name of the friend or family member who gave you the gift. 

  • And if you are looking for an exchange or warranty
