The CrossFit Open is the biggest CrossFit and Fitness competition in the world, held once a year globally in CrossFit affiliated boxes (gyms).
The Open involves three workouts over three weeks, where anyone over 14 years old can participate.
Every year, VERVE creates Functional Fitness Packages based on the equipment list shared by CrossFit for the Open. Packages include both Rx and Scaled and Men and Women.
Even though the 2023 CrossFit Open equipment list has not been released yet, stay tuned on our blog, as we will post it as soon as it becomes available.
