Please Note Orders Placed From October - January have Until January 15th For Exchanges/Returns To Be Initiated.
*Please note if you emailed us, we have received your email, and you will NOT be charged any fees for late processing once we get to your email, thank you for your patience as we get back to everyone in order of their request date.

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE SEE BELOW

Before sending anything back to us, please make sure ALL of the following prerequisites have been met:

  • Email help@spirithoods.com and include your order # to initiate the return.

  • Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and without damage.

  • Product(s) must have all tags still attached. 

  • Product(s) must be returned complete with all parts and accessories.

  • Product(s) can be sent back in the packaging it arrived in, or you can purchase return packaging at your own cost.

  • Product(s) must be returned within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your order. IE If you received your item on the 1st, you would have until the 21st of the month to initiate the Exchange or Return.

  • Product(s) that were USED or returned past the 15 day return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (If you emailed us within 15 business days of receiving the product, you will not receive a fee, and we will respond in the order of each request!)

  • If you're returning multiple items from the same order #, please return ALL items in one shipment. 
If all of these conditions are satisfied, SpiritHoods will refund the value of the returned product(s),  less any original shipping costs. SpiritHoods will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request (within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund) that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received. Your written request must also indicate your agreement to pay for return shipping and your method of payment for such shipping. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within this thirty-day period, you authorize the provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise.

International Returns:

International customers - please email help@spirithoods.com with your order ID and return/exchange request, and we'll send return instructions and provide a return form to fill out and include in the package.

International customers are responsible for shipping fees when sending items back for both Returns and Exchanges*. Items can be sent via Post Office, FedEx, UPS, or DHL - whatever is the most cost-effective. We will ask to be emailed the tracking # for the package once the return shipment has been sent.

*If you are Exchanging, SpiritHoods does cover ALL shipping costs + customs for sending the replacement item, so you don’t have to worry about getting any additional fees/charges for the replacement item sent. See the Exchanges instructions below for more details. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn items (Items can be tried on!)
  • Washed items
  • Items damaged by user
  • Items returned without original tags, hangers, wooden combs.
  • Used items (Old items sent back after being used/worn out)

Items purchased during a sale:

  • Items discounted 25% or more may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Items discounted 40% or more are be final-sale. 

Howliday Shopping Policy

The Howliday Return Window Starts October 15th - December 20th. If you purchase as a gift, during this period, you have until January 15th to initiate an exchange, store credit, or return with us. 

All holiday returns/exchanges must be initiated by or before January 15th.

Receiving your refund:

SpiritHoods will begin processing your refund once we have received your returned item(s). Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days from when we receive your return items back to our warehouse. SpiritHoods will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used from the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one to two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the credit card company that you use.

 

Items purchased from a retail store:

If you purchase our product from a retail store, you will need to return the item to the original place of purchase. Return policies vary between retail stores so please familiarize yourself with your local retail store policies. Any items shipped to SpiritHoods that have been purchased from a retail store will not be accepted and the item will be returned back to the sender.

 

Exchanges:

SpiritHoods will exchange your product once we have received your return product OR receive confirmation the original item has been dropped off to UPS.

International customers - please email help@spirithoods.com with an exchange request. Purchasers are responsible for the return shipping charges on items that are exchanged. Exchanges may be made on items of equal or higher value. If the exchange item costs more all additional payments must be paid before the exchange ships out.

Domestic Customers - please see above Exchange/Return Link - if you run into any issues using the above link, please email HELP@SPIRITHOODS.COM with your Order ID + EXCHANGE in the subject line so we can take care of you! 

 

If we have made a mistake:

Hey, we're not perfect. If we've sent you the wrong item, or a damaged item, SpiritHoods will pay for the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt, you may contact us at 213-542-5550 or email us at help@spirithoods.com and the SpiritHoods team will help you with your return. Please note your Order ID + DAMAGE or INCORRECT ITEM in the subject like so we can assist you immediately.

PROVIDER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE SITE NOR AS TO THE MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD TO YOU.
