Easy and Intuitive- power costs are way too high.

Overall, the process of signing up and getting into the system where a piece of cake. I was surprised and disappointed in the price that they’re paying for electricity right now. Profits are diminished pretty significantly due to this cost.

The process of buying shares was quite easy and yes it does seem that I am earning some BTC but... The lack of customer support is concerning. I've reached out and haven't heard back and I've done it more than once. I do like the service and would recommend it I only say be realistic in your expectations.
