As yoga teachers, healers, wellness coaches, energy workers, cheerleaders, tarot explorers, elemental alchemists, soul seekers and adventurers we believe in liberation while alive. So although there's nothing fancy or pretentious about what we teach, you'll learn how to be the raw, messy, weird, deep, complicated free spirit you were always meant to be.
